Since no professional schools offer training in deburring and finishing of machined parts, Deburex has devised its own custom training for its staff.
Training in deburring and finishing of machined castings
At Deburex, we select the best talent for deburring and finishing of machined parts through a very rigorous selection process.
To be successful, all applicants must undergo:
- Preselection interview, including job specific testing (deburring, identification, inspection of parts)
- Psychometric tests (manual ability and psychological profile)
- Extensive selection interview
- Internal training program for specialists in deburring and finishing of machined parts (350 hours over 10 weeks)
